Need to burn a bit of the Christmas excess off? We need your help on a couple of work parties - a perfect excuse to get over to Spurn in the New Year and burn a few of those calories off at the same time!

We are running two Work Parties in the coming weeks. We will provide the accommodation and brunch, if you can bring some elbow grease!
Saturday 20th January
The first will be focussed in and around Churchfield, where we will be coppicing the Willow, and cutting back the bramble to keep the net rides and paths open, and to encourage new growth in the spring.
Wellies are essential as the ground is saturated and muddy. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Saturday 10th February
The second will be the popular Little Tern Colony work party where we will be pulling vegetation from the core nesting area, doing a beach clean to remove plastics and litter, and buckthorn removal.
This involves a reasonable walk to and from the colony, so a reasonable level of fitness will be required.
