A. Tickets will be available to buy here from the 24th April 2026.

A. Tickets will automatically be created when you make your purchase on Ticket Tailor. Save the QR codes on your phone, or print out your tickets at home and bring them along to reception for check in.

Q. Can I buy a Masterclass, Lecture or BBQ ticket without an entry ticket?

A. No. You must have a valid Migfest entry ticket to attend the festival. Additional tickets such as Masterclasses, BBQ and camping can only be purchased alongside a valid entry ticket.

A. The Friday night headline talk is included with both weekend and Saturday tickets. There is no standalone Friday ticket available.

Q. Will there be tickets for the Saturday night headline talk this year?

A. No. In a change from recent years, the Saturday night Andy Roadhouse Memorial Lecture headline talk is included with your festival entry ticket. There is no need to buy a separate ticket, but capacity is limited and entry will be granted until the venue is full.

Q. If I only buy a Saturday or Sunday ticket can I still access all the day time events?

A. Yes, a Saturday or Sunday entry ticket gives you access to the daytime programme for that day. Please note that some activities, including Masterclasses, are separately ticketed and must be booked in advance. The Saturday evening Andy Roadhouse Memorial Lecture is included with your entry ticket, but capacity is limited and entry will be until the venue is full.

Q. Are tickets refundable?

A. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If you can no longer attend, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Programme and talks

Q. Who will be the guest speakers in 2026?

A. Details of the Friday night British Birds/RSPB talk and the Saturday night Andy Roadhouse Memorial Lecture will be announced shortly.

Both talks will take place in the Yorkshire Coast Nature Lecture Marquee.

Q. Where will the talks be delivered over the weekend?

A. There will be a second marquee in North Field (the Yorkshire Coast Nature Lecture Marquee), where there will be seating during the day and then the Friday and Saturday evening talks will be given here. The daytime talks will once again be held in the clubhouse at Sandy Beaches Caravan site.

Q. What time does the Spurn Migration Festival start? And what time can I pitch my tent on Friday?

A. We’ll be confirming the full programme of events closer to the time, but the only event on Friday 12th September will be the headline talk, before all walks, sea-watching, vismigging and ringing demos kick off at 7am Saturday 13th September. You will be able to pitch your tent in North Field from 2pm on Friday.

A. No, you can arrive at any time throughout the day but the guided walks start at 7am.
