Young people aged 16 to 19 can benefit from reduced bus fares during the school holidays.
From 23rd July to 31st August, single journeys will cost just £1.50, and return journeys £3, on all buses starting in the East Riding.
The scheme, introduced last summer by East Riding of Yorkshire Council in partnership with local bus operators, is designed to help young people get around more affordably. It is funded by the council through the Government’s Bus Service Improvement Plan.
