We are announcing some important changes to the accommodation pricing here at Spurn, which will take effect immediately.
Price Increases for Accommodation Stays
There will be a slight increase in the prices for our accommodation options. While we have worked hard to keep these changes as minimal as possible, this adjustment reflects the rising costs of upkeep, utilities, staffing costs and essential services.
Introduction of Peak and Off-Peak Rates for Non-Members
To better manage demand for our loyal supporters, and ensure all our guests enjoy a memorable stay, we will now have differentiated pricing for peak and off-peak periods for non-friends.
Peak Periods: 1st April until 31st May, and 1st August until 31st October.
Off-Peak Periods: 1st January until 31st March, 1st June until 31st July, and 1st November until 31st December.
Non-members will be charged higher rates during peak times, while Friends of Spurn members will continue to enjoy preferential rates throughout the year as a thank-you for their higher levels of support.
We greatly value everyone's continued support and we are confident these changes will help us towards meeting our financial requirements. Based on 2024 figures, these adjustments are expected to generate an additional £2,000 in income, which will be key to our 2025 budget, without placing an undue burden on you, our valued supporters.

New Pricing Tariff
